Mold-Tek Technologies Ltd. (Public Listed in BSE) is part of $65 million Mold-Tek Group headquartered in Hyderabad, India. Mold-Tek Technologies has employee strength of over 500 engineers catering to over 90 top-notch clients & partners from sales offices in Ireland, Germany, France, UK & Netherlands. We have delivery centers in India & USA.

Since our inception in 2002, we have worked extensively in the IT space to build a strong expertise mainly in development and implementation of CRM services, Business solutions (SAP & MS Dynamics), Web & Mobile solutions. With the advent of cloud & mobile technologies in India, we started building expertise in Salesforce.com & cross platform mobile development. Over the last few years, we have executed numerous projects across domains like Pharmaceutical, Health-care, Manufacturing, BFSI, Education etc.

Our area of expertise is in integrating Salesforce.com with mobile (iOS/Android), legacy systems, ERP systems, Social media etc. We provide services right from building POCs to development and even post-deployment support to salesforce.com partners across the world. Our Project Managers are SCRUM-trained & used to working on 2 week sprint cycles built with modular releases. We have a strong 15 member quality assurance team led by ISTQB certified functional specialists.

Each team typically has 1 scrum master, 1-2 QA resources, 1 Development ops for code management & 5 developers.

Lakshmana Rao Chairman & Managing Director

As promoter & Chairman, he has over 30 years of experience in building strategic relations and spearheading growth for the Mold-Tek Group. Under his leadership, the Company has grown to become a leader in both plastic packaging & civil engineering service industries in India with revenue of around Rs. 3,200 Million for the Financial Year 2014-15. He did his MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, specializing in marketing and finance.

Sundeep Adivishnu Chief Manager - IT Division

Sundeep holds an MBA from Purdue University and started his career in IT consulting. Later he moved into Project Execution, Communication and Quality Management and has over 8 years of experience in driving successful teams through system driven processes. He has extensive knowledge in the entire breadth of SDLC process.

Dr. Azimi Asst. Vice President - IT S&S

Dr. Azimi is a Management Graduate from a leading Business School with a decade plus experience in Sales, Business Development and Marketing. Beside the drive to successfully manage Multi Million Dollar Sales practices of leading companies, holds significant experience handling Operations, Client Relationships, Vendor Relations and Channel Partnerships.

Rana Pratap Corporate Manager - NBD

Rana holds an MBA in Marketing & Operations from IIM Lucknow and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from IIT, Delhi. He has over 6 years of experience in identifying business solutions to real problems. At Mold-Tek, he manages Strategic Initiatives & business development while identifying new areas of growth in both Engineering and IT space.

Jagdish Practice Head - IT Division

Jagdish has over 13 years of experience in multiple domains like Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical & Healthcare. He is an expert in Project Management, Client Engagement, and Global Consulting. He has in-depth knowledge in Salesforce.com products, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities and Salesforce Mobile. He is a post graduate from All India Management Association, New Delhi.

Kavya Sarraju Manager - Marketing

Kavya manages the Sales and Marketing Division at Mold-Tek. With over 5years of core sales experience and knowledge in digital marketing as well as lead generation, she is instrumental in engaging clients through various channels and managing the inside sales division. She holds an MBA in Sales and Marketing from SIBM, Pune.
